Karl Riegler is owner and chef in personal union and together with his wife Margot he makes personally sure that only natural and fresh ingredients are used to prepare the meals.
The menu is based on freshly available ingredients and therefore harmonious to the season. The well-assorted wine cellar is Karl Riegler’s proud and offers some real delight for the wine lovers, especially when it concerns the renowned South Tyrolean wines.
To take lunch or dinner on the sunny terrace that allows a beautiful view on the near vineyards and castles is a special pleasure: unique treats in romantic ambiance.
The appealing dining room has 70 seats. On request it is possible to book the picturesque lounge for special events. Our typical South Tyrolean style panelled Stube offers 30 seats for small groups.
