Quality products from our own farm

Excellent cuisine may be one thing. But when the ingredients also come from our own farm, it tastes twice as good. We focus on regional products with fruit and vegetables from in-house production, eggs from our free-range chickens and homemade jams. Even the wine is home made.

For other products we also rely on conscious consumption and regional fare. The meat, which Chef Karl uses for his dishes, is exclusive to the region.

You can expect typical South Tyrolean specialities, made from typical and local ingredients. A feast for the senses.
